Not so with the NOAA ftp site. The perl script that generates
http://xcski.com/~ptomblin/taf.html gets the TAFs and METARs connects to
ftp://weather.noaa.gov/data/forecasts/taf/stations/ and
ftp://weather.noaa.gov/data/observat...etar/stations/
