I noticed in Peter Wyld's comments: "Cambridge, Garrecht (Volkslogger),
Zander all use the external serial.
Filser, LX, Colibri, PrintTechnik convert external serial directly to
base36"

Two models are not mentioned in the CAI document dealing with
manufacturer file name encoding.
