Get a few laptops and biggish video monitors, set them up in suitably
dim or shaded spots, run some of the online near-real-time video map
displays of airline or airport traffic like those at

and others, and just let people watch and talk.

I always find these fascinating, at any rate; also the live ATC Internet
channels.
