Default Info on Shipping Glider OUT of USA

Can't help with the shipping side but it may be worth
a visit to http://www.refinish.biz/index.php
Cost for a single seater was iro £6k sterling $9k USD,
refinish biz will give you a quote. I have seen several
gliders which have been refinished and the quality
is excellent.

In Europe it's easy, the glider goes on the ferry but
you may want to send more than one if you need a container.

Larry,

If only I could...

Now, what I should have given the subject line is:

'How to ship a glider out of the USA and ship it back
after it has been spiffied up?'

I am trying to price out the cost for shipping my LS1-d
to eastern Europe (Poland? Slovenia? ???) for a refinish
and shipping it back with its new finish (gel coat???
polyurethane???) in a new trailer.

Anyone in America have useful information?

Thanks,

Where really good thermals might average 5 knots...
