Unbelievable!! A pilot flying a heavy out of San Fran around 5 am is

I thought this level of idiocy was reserved for some GA pilots, but I
guess not....

Nothing unusual about it.
Every year the number of noise complaints relating to street traffic far
outnumber those related to airports and airport noise. Street and traffic
noise are definitely a far greater nuisance, touching a much much wider
portion of the population. Add to this the very real complaints of dangers
from large, fast streets close to residences, and it becomes
understandable that many citizens' groups complaints lead to construction of
bypasses etc.

We should start a citizens' group lobbying to close I-90.
