These are from a friend of mine in Chile. In Columbia the mounted
sections of the National Police are referred to as "Carabineros." They
work mostly in rural areas. They have a Remount Center that works
mostly with Argentinean Saddle Horses, a new type originated in
Argentina from Continental European Stock, bred for sporting purposes.
