Can I use DeLorme Tripmate and Earthmate GPS receivers?
Yes, but these receivers are not recommended. We don't recommend
DeLorme receivers since they have no backup battery they often take
long periods of time to lock in. We especially discourage the use of
DeLorme receivers for use in aviation. See specific information below
on how to initialize the DeLorme receivers.
