In 47 years on this planet, in two states, a dozen cities, three
businesses, and a couple of dozen jobs, I've never seen a single, solitary
occurrence of police behavior like you describe.

Of course, people tend to be nicer, and bit more "real", in the Midwest.
At least outside the big cities.
