Pretty stubid, but how can you be convicted if there never was a 15 year

I think they need to use a real 15 year old to make it legal.

They can get him on conspiracy. He made a overt act or a substantail
step towards the commision of the crime with what he thought was with
a 15 year old. Him jumping into an airplane and flying however far he
flew would be enough.
