The principles are the same. Both aircraft require working leading
edge slats.

The main issue is: we didn't want PSA to happen, but it did. The
government sang and danced their way out of that one, as they will with
Campbell. He currently exists as a threat because of their failures in
following up on his medical condition and continued proximity to
Aviation. His condition is unchanged over time, which means he likely
isn't getting any meds or treatment, and his denial isn't going to make
that situation better. They (the FAA/NTSB) need to get tough with him.

Don't forget his zzzoomness once wrote about the day he was flying over
L.A. and saw a flash of light. He turned toward it and watched the
AeroMexico DC9 going down over Cerritus. (sp?) California.
