My guess is that it is the Glasflugel 202. According
to a Glasflugel History document I have, it says this
of the 202:

'Wing and front part of the fuselage with canopy like
Standard-Libelle but with a round tube for the rear
and a T tail. One build at the year 1970 for Eugen
Aeberli (HB-1062, before D-0649).'

It is one if the one-offs that Glasflugel made when
transitioning from the 201 to the Club Libelle and
te Hornet.
