Yes, it is possible after very thorough background checks.
If he has any types of history that would even indicate some
problem, he will not be allowed entry. The background
checks are made by Homeland Security and the TSA.
Suggest that a school, such as Flight Safety, which offers
training for the CPL and also for the 737 type rating. The
student will probably have to supply a full set of
photographs and fingerprints and some proof of a job offer
in the 737.
