I used to live in Bend. If I remember correctly, that National Park is
called Lave River Beds, or something to that effect.

The Lava Tube is right in between LaPine and Bend on Hwy 97and is
called Lave River Caves, I have pics. of going all the way to the end
(you have to crawl and it actually goes under Hwy 97.

Also if you are in Bend, and if you like burgers, try Baba's and TJ's
and Pilot Butte Drive-In. Speaking of Pilot Butte, boy that place
brings back memories, I used to make out with girls there back when I
was in High School.

Yet another thing to do in Bend is check out Columbia, they are based
at the Bend Airport.
