Default Enroute chart question..

I could probably look this one up, but what altitude does the "High Altitude
Enroute chart" take effect?

During Oshkosh, one of the most often asked questions was if we had L charts
on our website.. So today, I flew down to Sporty's and picked up the entire
14 chart set and will have then scanned and georeferenced this week. I
didn't pick up the H charts because I did not know if these would be of any
real value since most GA pilots probably wouldn't be up that high... (I'm
thinking the H charts are for 20K and above?).

Jet routes begin at 18,000 MSL, the same altitude class A begins.
