That would be no worse than a bit uncomfortable for most people. The more
interesting scenario is at the other end. Negative 0.5G horizontal would
probably require flipping the seats around so you face aft. The
alternative would be to truss up all the pax like chickens on a spit to
keep their limbs from flopping around.
