I agree, a good clean 150 with higher engine time can be had for upper
teens. Add some good avionics, a recent interior and good paint and
you're into the mid twenties. Add a recent overhaul (ie. a good
overhaul) and your upper twenties to thirty.

That's not what I'm seeing here. Mid teens equals good airplane. Not a
430 but useable for IFR. Part of the reason around here is a 150/152 is
such a ****ty airplane unless you're very near sea level.
