The flight school at my local airport is so desperate for a new leaseback
aircraft, they will cover insurance, fuel, and maintenance and give the
lessor a negotiable 30% of the rental fee (of $135/hour). This would be a
two year contract only due to the fact that a new aircraft's warranty runs
out after that period.
