A banged up Sundowner with nose strike damage, sounds like someone did not
know how to fly.

Where the repairs properly annotated and complete? should have not been a
problem then..

It is roomy and the two doors are a lot more convienient than the
single Piper door.

But, to make a long story short, the plane had extensive and recent
damage from a landing incident; prop strike, collapsed gear, one
wing, fuselage, and tail feathers.
