The 'T' tailed ones supposedly did funny things with power changes - tails
is not in prop slipstream. We had an old one
that flew just like the '6' except for the retracts adding another item to
the checklist...



That's rubbish. Unless you call flying stable and smooth "funny". It's
because the tail is not in the slipstream that it isn't effected by power
changes, gear and flaps.

I think it flies just like an Arrow except slightly longer and more
sensitive to CG changes.

Also, remember there is a T-tail and non-T-Tail verson of the Lance.
