I believe there are a couple of BD-10 surviving pilots, but I don't
think any still fly.
mercy snip
There's always some schmuck who talks out his ass without any real live
knowledge whatsover. Two BD-10's survive in airworthy condition. One is
owned by Fuel Fresh in Scottsdale, AZ. The other belongs to a museum in
Canada owned by aviation enthusiast David Carlaw, who is in the process
of
getting it airworthy after it sat in another Canadian museum for a while.
That's why I said "I think".
You are the type expert: tell me, total ever flown, total fatalities,
total writeoffs nonfatal: DEMONSTRATED safe top speed: DEMONSTRATED
range: total kits delivered: total deposits taken: percent of the delta
(payments taken, kits not received) refunded. Also can you tell me
who all is still alive who flew it and their statements as to its
flying qualities?
If you feel as though these are unreasonable questions, please explain
why.
First you have to convince me why I should waste any more of my valuable
time with you. If you think _that's_ an unreasonable question, do explain
why.
Besides, I said you're the schmuck who claims so much knowledge of the BD-10
that you think you know how many people who have flown the BD-10 are still
flying. I didn't say I'm the type expert. There's at least one person who
hangs out here who knows more about the BD-10 than I do. But he probably
won't waste his time with you either, seeing as how you're on a mission to
**** off all homebuilders.
