ways that they may have been able to spot the mistake:
- runway sign
- runway numbers
- DG heading
- 75 ft wide rwy versus 150 ft


The "75 ft wide rwy versus 150 ft" is just a couple of white paint stripes,
the pavement is 150 feet wide on both runways.
