Default James Bond "Casino Royale" 747

Does this thing fly? If so, how do they do it legally. Do they relinquish
the standard certificate of airworthiness and operate it experimentally? Do
they have to get a FSDO (or the British equivalent) to approve the mods? If
it is just a prop, why don't they just use CA?

I found some cool photos of a retired 747-200 used in the new Bond film
Casino Royale. Interesting how they podded the engines and added wing
tanks and exhaust chevrons. Those Hollywood guys never cease to amaze..
