You are a very patient guy.
I would have had the bird out of there 4 weeks ago and left them a bill for
inconvenience.
We need to weed those type of operators out of the industry !

In comparison, I just had a complete Avionic refit in the Archer done in
Michigan.
New Garmin GMA340, GNS530, GTX327 and a Dacint GDC31 interfaced to the
Century IIB AP.
We flew the Archer into Mayday Avionics, Inc at KGRR on Monday August 21 and
flew it out, IFR certified on Thursday 31st Aug.
And they also did a great job of overhauling the Century IIB done before and
waiting for the new avionics install.
I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and attention to
detail while keeping right on schedule at a competitive cost.

that collapsed on top of airplanes that were hastily hangared to keep
them safe.
You never know.

Haven't flown myself to Bahamas yet, but it's on my list of things to do.

Yeah, 5W5 is some piece of work. Been in there at night yet? Have you
seen the
pictures of the flooding there after one of the hurricanes (Fran?)? IMO
plan on
moving out of there if there's a hurricane coming.
