Please Ignore Mxsmanic

To all the "real" pilots reading this newsgroup.......
It's very obvious that Mxsmanic is not serious about learning to fly real
airplanes.
The questions asked by him are very basic questions that could be found by
reading and educating himself in the "right way". Instead it appears he is
lazy and
wants to take the easy way out. He prefers to use us in this newsgroup
give him the answers to his mostly stupid questions.
I respect alot of you as fellow pilots in this newsgroup and value your
viewpoint
even tho I have over 2,000 hours and built my 1st airplane 20 years ago.
It's aways
interesting to hear others opinions and I will be the first to admit there
is always
something to learn. I enjoy helping others that might have questions about
flying
or a particular airplane if I can. It's very clear that Mxsmanic has not
tried in anyway
to educate himself in anyway other than to ask in this newsgroup.
So here's the delimma, a lot of you knowledgeable people are feeding the
troll!
I know without a doubt, there is a sincere desire to be helpful but all
that is
happening is for every stupid question answered, two more are in the
newgroup
the next day.... it's never ending. I don't want to "kill file" anybody
but Mxsmanic.
I do want to read the rest of your postings and I enjoy them and learn
from them.
Final comment, please stop responding the Mxsmanic postings, comments
about
him, Flight Sim's etc. Just let him fade away and get this newsgroup back
to
questions about flying REAL airplanes, REAL questions, from REAL people.
Thank You from 63 year old fellow pilot...

As much as I agree that flight sim problems are rarely solved with real
world flying solutions, and that he may be asking some of the questions in
the wrong group, I have to say that I am also a flight simmer! And yes, I am
learning to fly. I only have 1 hour so far, so have just begun my journey,
but just because I am not a real pilot yet, doesn't mean that some of my
curious questions that arise from the simming world might not be worth
listening to from a real world pilot point of view.
You need to remember that just because a thread has been posted, it doesn't
mean you have to read it.
