I guess I've had so many people say "You're the first person I've met from
North Dakota" that it didn't occur to me there might be another Nodak on
this newsgroup. Woe is me.
PS, there is nothing better than watching the Sioux beat the Bison in
football at Memorial Stadium in Grand Forks on a clear, crisp autumn day. KD

checkride at Hector Field 35 years ago, as of Friday. Member of NW Wing
CAP
from 1967 to 1976, learning to fly on the F-M squadron Citabria, and
eventually
getting checked out on the CAP L-16, L-18, and L-19, flying from both
Hector and
the old West Fargo airport.
