Realizing that it's kind of odd that I need to explain why I find
something "cool," the fact that it has an option to have a lavatory or
seat a 7th occupant differentiates it significantly from the Cirrus and
Diamond offerings. The engine location is unique to the current and
near-future marketplace so that will be interesting to watch but the
extra cabin space for a lav/7th seat it allows is even more
interesting.

If they were smart they would put a seatbelt in the lav, and then it could be
both.
