I haven't specifically tried to download that but when I had problems
with similar issues it was because my pop up blocker was blocking the
file. You probably have the pop up blocker, on your tool bar, click on
that and then click on "allow pop ups from", if that's what blocked it,
it will appear there on a list and you can tell it to allow. If that
isn't it, try temporarily disabling any firewall or Norton device you
have active. Hope that helps.
