Default Parkwest Air Tours

Sure Jim, but let me put in the caveat that I'm not associated with the
company -- just in case this sounds like a sales pitch.....

According to the brochure it is a 12-day event starting from Grand Junction,
CO. the trip overflys six national parks: Zion, Yosemite, Crater Lake,
Joseph, Glacier, and Yellowstone. The overnight stops are planned and
arranged by the company as well as a couple additional fuel stops along the
way. Some of the overnight stops are two-day layovers for more sightseeing
time on the ground. You can bring your own or rent an airplane in Grand
Junction. Each flying day starts with a briefing by the company and includes
the GPS waypoints [GPS is required].

This is apparently one of five preplanned trips the company offers. It is
the longest, 2,600+ miles, and the most expensive.

I guess I could have shortcut all that by giving you the URL:
www.parkwestair.com.

Hi all,

While at the AOPA expo last Saturday, I wandered by Parkwest's booth. My
significant other and I are intrigued by the "Grand Expedition" tour and
seriously considering it for next summer. It is pricey, but not terribly

out
of line.

Anybody here have any experience with the scheme and in particular the
company.
