Yes, it was about 4pm. Also, I believe they did have a runway closed
for construction (it was back in April).

evening is a very heavy arrival time.

I know I can go to Henderson or North Las Vegas, but I have some pax to
drop off on the strip and McCarran w/ shuttle service is so much more
convenient for them than a rental car, etc.
