Some years back the local "Outdoor Nevada" crew visited us and Minden NV.
They still play the tape in "reruns" on the local Access Channel. When they
do we get an influx of ride requests and new club members. Best Free
Advertising work we ever did. All it took was a few flights with the film
crew, a few of our members, students and experience did interviews.

In this case, it was a story on one of these proliferating web gift
resellers rather than us, but our logos and fine flying are evident.

This clip aired 12/8/04 on our CBS station. We've had stories run by all
the local stations from time to time as have, probably, most glider FBOs
out there -- I saw a reference to a recent one at Sky Sailing's web while
checking out the national "Today" story and Bret's Acro films.
