Default Flying a DME Arc with a non WAAS GNS530

I am sure someone in this group can answer this question.

When using a Garmin 530, without WAAS, will it output Roll Steering commands
when flying a DME Arc ?

No, it does CDI steering, but that is good enough for a DME arc. It
does a pretty decent job. Keep in mind the very minim arc is 7.0 miles,
unlike PT or holding turns (and RF legs to come).

With the 530W and a roll steering autopilot the DME arc will be
roll-steering, which will be spot on.
