Yes.
If you were an ultralight-only type instructor who then became an LSA
instructor, NO.. but by virtue of being a traditional CFI, you are
authorized to operate and give instruction there.
But isn't it true that if he was a PP and a UL instructor that made the
change to LSA he would be allowed to instruct in the more restricted
airspace? The PP giving him the privilege to fly in the more restrictive
airspace.
