The charges made by Mr. James R. Campbell are false and improperly
filed under DMCA, which Mr. Campbell is known to be familiar with.
Mr. Campbell filed a DMCA complaint previously chalked with Federally-
punishable perjury, got caught in his perjury, was publicly exposed
for it and is attempting to avoid the proper filing of a DMCA
complaint to avoid multiple charges of perjury once again.
Mr. Campbell has attempted to circumvent the Law by avoiding DMCA in
his complaint, under which he must swear under penalty of perjury
(Federal) that what he says is true.
None of my websites should have been shut down based on an "e-mail"
with unproven statements that cannot be proven because they are
untrue.

Campbell is well documented in the Federal Public Record (NTSB
SE-4661) as guilty of the charge.

organization, particularly since he failed to file a proper DMCA
complaint with sworn oath. That failure to follow DMCA should have
raised red flags right away.

fraud, Civil Rights Violations and racketeering. I do not need to use
"bombs and guns" in regards to settling this affair. I have not
threatened the use of "bombs and guns." I do not know whom Mr.

existence, you would think that Mr. Campbell or others would have
filed it by now. At present, I have not been contacted by any

needs to provide proof that a complaint was filed to Law Enforcement.

questionable. For example, the racers are not under rocket power, but

the event will be so high that they may not be seen by the human eye
and must be watched on television. Who wants to travel around the
World to sit down and watch an event on television?
The Public will spend money going into one of Dr. Diamandis' events.
Will they get their moneys' worth, or will they be defrauded. That is

Since you are not Law Enforcement ~ why is he treating you as such as
opposed to actually filing criminal complaints?
How about the fact that he lies...
Use caution in your dealings with Mr. Campbell. Verbal communications
are only something he will lie about, unless you take good notes,
which are of course, admissable in a Court of Law. Even then, he will
try to lie his way out of a bad situation, thus documented evidence
and writings should be mandatory, especially in regards to DMCA
issues.
My position is that DMCA has precedence over Terms of Service. If TOS
are in conflict with DMCA, the wiser move is to force the DMCA
complaint so that the complainant must swear an oath under Penalty of
Federal Perjury. Those that are lying, may balk, as Mr. Campbell has
done with his latest complaint by avoiding and circumventing any
mention of DMCA.
You took this individual's word without him committing to a sworn oath
under Federal Perjury Laws that what he was saying was true. You shut
down all my websites as a result and that has caused me harm,
particularly, since I was hospitalized with Bilateral Pulmonary
Embolism (Blood Clotting of the Lungs) at the time, when Mr. Campbell
filed his false complaint.
We are not interested in suing you whatsoever. We have no intention
of suing you. Yours is a minor mistake that will work towards our
advantage against Mr. Campbell in Court when that time comes. Too
many others have made this same mistake with him. So there will be no
