It was later reported FAA inspectors from the Juneau FSDO cited the
eagle for flying over gross and out of CG, as well as dropping an
object endangering those on the ground. The (slightly toasted) eagle's
defense that he was "Just looking to get some head" didn't wash with
the feds...


Some 135 operators up here are allowed to increase gross weight by 10 or 15
percent, but I bet that eagle was well over that. He was probably operating
under part 91 anyway, so a gross weight increase is not allowed.
