No apology necessary Casey. I hope you reconsider dropping off as I've
always enjoyed reading your posts. Still, if enough is enough for you
then here's to wishing you blue skies and a nice tailwind. Keep flying
and writing.

While it can be hard to ignore the troll fodder of which you speak, a
simple press of the 'k' key in Thunderbird takes care of such threads
for me. Now, if I could just do so for sub-threads, that would be even
better.
