Crew chief.

More precisely: the name of the Crew Chief is painted on this side (the
left), that of the pilot on the other. The CC is the "owner" of the aircraft
and always takes care of the same bird, but despite his name being on the
aircraft the Pilot rarely flies his "own" bird.
