You need a newsreader that only deletes branches of threads, not the
entire
thread, where the poster in question originates the branch.

Otherwise you are missing some good threads started by a legitimate
poster.


I actually have Outlook Express doing that. His posts, responses to him, and
responses to those, are all ignored. It only ignores threads from his
posting and below.

Unfortunately, that leaves little to read, so little reason to check in.
