I think a good example of how to eliminate his annoying prattling is
in the thread Flying in USA vs Europe. I went through this and
basically no one responded to his inane commentary. So he left.

Yep, that thread was/is the perfect example of how to deal with a
troll. Sometimes it's really hard to resist answering his more
inflammatory baiting, but it's the only way.
