Default Wooden gliders

never flew a Cobra but have heard they fly nicely.....
Owned a Dart 17 (a few decades ago ) but still remember this one with fond
memories, (would own another for old times sake, and for just nice flying !)
very capable XC glider...One of my all time favorites!....comfortable, good
handling, not-so-bad assembly for an old ship..good enough Schweizer copied
it for the SGS-134!...make sure the wing AD is complete and enjoy!.

We are thinking of getting a wooden glider as a second
glider and are looking for something;

1) Cheap
2) Fun
3) Capable of cross country flying...so ok performance
(UK conditions) and comfortable.

Looking at things like a Dart 17 or Cobra 15. Anyone
got any thoughts, experience or alternatives??

Thanks Chris
