I met a paraplegic pilot at the SSA convention in Memphis who was
fabricating hand controls for a Blanik L-23. As the founding Director
of Freedom's Wings Canada, I am VERY interested in his work. He
didn't have a card, so i gave him one of mine and he promised to
contact me.

If you are thatpilot, or you know where to find him, please contact
me. My address is cfpeter-at-total.net.

Don't Know him, but a little history... Back about 1970 I modified a
2-33 with hand controls. Many paraplegics flew it. The mod was simple.
A small wheel was mounted at the top of the stick. Turning the wheel
moved the rudder. All other stick movements were normal. A form 337
was all that was needed. The FAA flew the plane and approval was
instant. Fred Robinson
