As Stephen is illustrating, radio contact is not RADIO CONTACT until
it includes your call sign.

"Aircraft calling Bumpkinville, stand by..." is not radio contact.

"November-6-9-Kilo-Yankee, stand by" is RADIO CONTACT. G
