in, are "zero-tolerance." There is NO legal BAC.

Which means that even one beer, regardless of the
effects on your driving, count as a DUI.

Let me get this straight: You have NO legal blood alchohol level where
you live? A glass of wine with dinner is now completely illegal in
your county?

That's sickening.

This crazy, never-ending expansion of the "Nanny Society" will
apparently never be complete, until every last one of our freedoms has
been taken away. They've driven the smokers out into the cold, so now
they're looking for some other "threat" to address. All in the name
of "the greater good".

Soon, we won't be able to go for a walk after dinner without complying
with a mandatory helmet law...
