I was visiting a friend at the hospital last week, and noticed that they
have now banned smoking OUTSIDE the hospital. All these poor people, some
in wheel chairs, must now push themselves OFF HOSPITAL PROPERTY to have a
smoke!

Un-friggin'-believeable. How did this kind of society develop when we
weren't looking? Big Brother really is now EVERYWHERE.


I am in favor of No-Smoking legislation.

However, before any bill gets passed, the State must get off all of the tax
monies smoking generates. All of it ...cold turkey. That amount of lost
revenue gets slashed from the budget ...again, cold turkey. No new taxes are
allowed, to make up for the deficit. Programs must be cut!

And that will NEVER happen.
