On the ground, engine off, your aircraft has to be able to

1) balance on its mains

2) follow the stripe down the center of the taxiway for at least
100 feet or 30 m

3) with the landing lights off, bend the left wingtip around to touch
the spinner, then the right wingtip

4) recite the phonetic alphabet backwards
