A familiar name at the Vanguardia Airport in Villavicencio, Meta
Colombia was Lineas Aereas LA URRACA owned by the Henao brothers
Alvaro and Fernando. They flew out over the eastern Colombian Llanos
to the Venezuelan border and down to Leticia in the Amazons. Their
airplanes carried the emblem of a cartoon magpie. Would appreciate any
photographs of URRACA aircraft you migth have.
