Botanica has no intention of paying for Kozar's BBQ patch.

They stated that if 75% approve of Kozar's installation they see no reason
for additional requests from Jasmine Unit Owners to install exact copies of
Kozar brick yard.
They can do the same as Kozar.

They have no intention of paying for any of those jobs either.
