Default Mo Why publish a plate for an OTS approach?

When knowledge is lacking, which is more often the case than not with
this particular Usenet group, the subject seems to always get off topic.

This started because a gentleman who holds himself as an expert in the
workings of the FAA, posted outrageously incorrect information about how
instrument procedures are amended.

It really has nothing to do with high school or college civics; it has
everything to do with aviation expertise (something in short supply with
most of your airline pilot wannabes ;-)

Oh please; it's all about college level (undergraduate) understanding of
the three branches of the fedeal government.

As mentioned, it used to be in high school, and that level of detail was not
part of the curiculum.

As such, they don't cotton to snot-nosed punk like yourself trying to
inflate his ego.

They most certainly do!
Each individual Congress critter can insert or delete anything they so
desire prior to publication.
