Dave,
we had the exact same problem on two of our club aircraft just a few
weeks ago, and Garry at CAI gave the same answer.
We found that the default pilot profile ('Club Pilot') had been
altered to 'Netto' by someone who's not owning up to it, and it was an
easy matter to change the profile back to 'Super Netto' and all was
well. You can of course change this via the CAI Utility program which
has the same effect I guess.
