And one that I'm sure the FCC turns a blind eye to when the aircraft
is flying at 2000' AGL. FL350 is(or used to be) a different story.
Heck, I've used my cell phone at the top of a mountain peak, much
higher above cell phone towers than 2000'. And that's legal, although
annoying as hell to the other people sitting there (I downclimbed a
bit to not annoy them).
I've also text-messaged my daughter when flying the Warrior to Powell,
WY (yes, the guy in the right seat was flying and was(is) a pilot).
