DUAT does pretty good on the METARs but sometimes
it gets confused at odd contractions used in the

My favorites were always "Harrisburg, PA Turbulance"
(Harrisburg's identifier is MDT) and the decoding
of VSBYS as "Variable Snow Blowing Spray and Snow."
